Reporting directly to the VP HR, CSO with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our CTO Software R&D, the Human Resources Manager is viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the SW R&D leadership team. The Human Resources Manager works closely with the R&D leaders to support the company and organization growth. In a hands-on HR generalist role, the Human Resources Manager executes Human Resource initiatives locally in close relationship with Human Resources centers of excellence including the development of the employer brand, development and diversity programs, HCM roll out, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations… The Human Resources Manager ensures that company policies and human resource-related processes and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with Quadient’s goals and in compliance with applicable professional standards and local regulations.

Missions:

Liaises with Group HR, participating in global initiatives. Includes:

  • Implementing and administering global HR policies and answering policy related-questions as well as other employee questions regarding HR matters
  • Assisting with the deployment of company-wide programs and initiatives
  • Participating in the implementation of global HR tools such as a global HCM (Human Capital Management) system, LXM…
  • Participating in the evaluation and implementation of global processes such as development and talent programs, succession planning
  • Participating in the annual Corporate Social Responsibilities survey and global engagement surveys
  • Manages the employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding through employee termination
  • Works with the leadership team to identify staffing needs and manage the headcount planning process
  • Advises and coaches managers on company policies and human resource programs; works with managers to identify and resolve employee-related issues
  • Owns and executes the annual performance review process, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policy and accurate record keeping.
  • Supports and maintains HR programs that espouse our company-wide talent strategy, including professional development and training
  • Evaluates local employee benefit plans to ensure value and market competitiveness; recommends benefits providers and plan changes, and implements as approved
  • Provides HCM system support, data entry, and reporting
  • Ensures that HR best practices are fully communicated and implemented across the company, and all HR components are operating effectively and efficiently
  • Prepares executive-level presentations, letters, and memos, participate in local town halls to voice HR initiatives
  • Ensures that company policies comply with local laws

Profil recherché

  • 10 years in Human Resources with at least 5 years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent in combination of education and experience
  • Ability to manage all aspects of Human Resources: recruitment, compensation, performance management, benefits administration, training, retention, and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience in Human Capital Management systems and other Human Resource related systems
  • Knowledge of payroll is a plus
  • Fluent in Czech and English is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conveying a positive, collaborative, and professional image
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization with an appropriate level of tact and diplomacy
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious, demonstrating accountability and ownership for all responsibilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
