The Quadient Compensation & Benefits Analyst will participate in day-to-day activities and beginning of the year projects ongoing within the Total Rewards team such as: writing of the registration document, support the salary increases and bonus payout process. The missions can be extended to other tasks within Compensation and Benefits area.

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Analyst is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Updating the Universal Registration Document on governance and compensation topics, coordinating data gathering, ensuring quality of information provided and responsible for consistency of the document

  • Providing analytics during salary increase and bonus payout processes to the team and managers

  • Get acquainted with Workday HRIS to administrate compensation matters

  • Administrate the compensation surveys for all Quadient’s countries

  • Support other global C&B projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Master degree (business school, finance or human resources)

  • A prior internship in a company in HR or Finance

  • Fluent spoken and written English, speaking French would be valued

  • Candidate needs to be comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Discretion is required due to the confidential nature of some tasks

  • Applicants need to be thorough, rigorous, detailed oriented and to have good organizational and time management skills

  • Fast learner, and resourceful, the candidate will need to be able to take initiatives, be  autonomous and proactive

  • Team spirit and client focus are expected skills
