As a Strategic Business Developer Germany, your role will be to work closely with Torben (Country Manager) and the German Team to replicate Qonto’s success story and manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for our company in Germany.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As the Strategic Business Developer Germany at Qonto, you will:

  • Work directly with our Country Manager Torben on strategic projects (Business Development, HR, Legal, Ops, Product) to drive our growth in the German market.
  • Be the eyes and ears of Qonto on the German market - giving valuable feedback to Product team, Sales and Marketing team.
  • Leverage your strategic & analytical skills to shape our way forward (Go-to-market strategies, sales analysis, competitor / benchmarking analysis).
  • Identify and drive recruitment, enablement, and ongoing management & success of strategic partners while managing existing channel partner activities.
  • Work with our partners and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, etc.) to identify joint selling and marketing strategies for driving sales of Qonto through the partner ecosystem.
  • Be creative and participate in nurturing our future product roadmap.

Profil recherché

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. startups, consulting, investment banking), experience in a SaaS environment targeting SMEs is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of the German market
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goal.
  • You are a “Doer” with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us reach our ambitious target.
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information.
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit.
  • Languages: full proficiency in German and English (+ French ideally).
  • Education: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent.

  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  • Video calls with future team members to discuss your exercise and help you project yourself in the company.
  • A Final video-call with Elizabeth, our CMO.

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
