👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Product Designer at Qonto, you will:

Lead the end-to-end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.

Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.

Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.

• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product

• Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with diverse profiles and expertise: Product Designers, UX Writers, System Designers, Frontend Engineers, and more.

• Contribute to the evolution of an international brand facing ever-changing challenges (e.g., currently redesigning parts of our product).

🤝 About your future manager:

You'll be reporting to one of our Lead Product Designers, Rouxin, Cécile, Giulio or Aryaman.

🏅 About You:

Proven experience in product design within tech companies or innovative startups/scale-ups.

Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross-functional teams.

A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.

A growth mindset, eager to learn, share, and improve.
