As Principal Strategic Projects, you will collaborate closely with the VP Strategic Projects, Albertine, in order to plan and lead strategic initiatives. You will work with Qonto’s different teams - Product, Compliance, Finance, Back office, Marketing, etc. - and will ensure transversal coordination between them in order to carry out your missions!

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As Principal Strategic Projects at Qonto, you will:

  • Lead cross-team initiatives, including Product, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, or HR - to accelerate our growth and contribute to our expansion in Italy, Spain and Germany.
  • Set-up strategic partnerships, to enrich and improve the range of financial services offered to our clients: Inst. SEPA, credit offering, account savings, direct debits, etc.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and in a strategy, operations or marketing department of a fast-growing company (experience in payments/Fintech is a plus).
  • Languages: you are fluent in both French and English (Spanish, German or Italian a plus).
  • Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Analytical thinker: you have a very analytical spirit.
  • Conscientious: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of projects.
  • Communication: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills.
  • Education: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a top Business or Engineering school.

  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  • Video calls with future team members to discuss your exercise and help you project yourself in the company.
  • A Final video-call with the manager of the department and/or one of our C-level/Founders.

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
