Step into the role of Performance Marketing Manager at Qonto and take charge of our push and search channels, focusing on the Spanish market. With a significant budget under your control, your decisions will directly impact the visibility and growth of Qonto in this market.

You'll be working alongside Marine, our lead Performance Marketing Italy, to redefine the financial solution landscape for SMEs and freelancers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Performance Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Manage and optimize campaigns on paid channels such as SEA, Facebook, Display, Youtube…

• Develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to the Spanish market.

• Allocate and manage a substantial performance marketing budget.

• Collaborate with local marketing teams, SEO Managers, designers, and other Paid Acquisition Managers.

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to increase our acquisition

🤝 About your future manager:

Your manager will be Marine Masson, our lead Performance Marketing for Qonto in Spain and Italy:

• Their background? Marine joined Qonto in September 2022, after accumulating valuable experience in paid marketing across multiple sectors in the startup environment. After working in FlixBus and in Holidu for more than 3 years in Germany, she built and led the Paid Marketing in ProntoPro for another couple of years. Today at Qonto, she supervises the Paid Acquisition strategy for our Italian and Spanish market, based in Milan.

• What they can bring to the team: Marine brings a wealth of experience in the digital marketing sector.

🏅 About You:

• You have a first experience managing search and push campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

• You are fluent in English and Spanish.

• You possess strong analytical skills.

• You have a proven track record in managing large budgets and developing effective campaign strategies.

• You're ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative company.
