As an Operations Manager, you will be building improvements, taking part in Operations & Support strategy and creating a great customer experience.

You will work closely with Ali, our Lead Operations and join a team of 4 other Operations Managers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As an Operations Manager at Qonto, you will

  • Follow daily production KPIs, react to alerts (card transactions failing or large bug impacting Android app…) and trigger crisis management plan if necessary.
  • Lead improvement projects with rigor and autonomy, involving the key stakeholders at the appropriate moment (need collection, QA, roll-out).
  • Partner with Tech & Product Teams, Operations, Customer Success, to ensure smooth implementation of new features for Back-Office, AML and CS.
  • Maintain an overview of incidents and follow up on post mortem / learnings to improve our robustness.
  • Support Customer Success Officers investigating incidents with rigor.
  • Take part in the drafting of procedures and training documents by bringing your technical skills and analysis of the overall workflow.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Operations oriented environment, Tech or SaaS industry. You have led incident management and applied problem solving methods.
  • Mastery: You have tech (coding, SQL) basics. You have both strong project and operation/incident management knowledge. You are fully literate on Excel and Google sheets.
  • Reactivity & stress management: You like managing incidents with good energy, teamwork.
  • Problem solver: You already have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills: You are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Languages: You speak fluently French and English.
  • Education: You have a Masters Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent).

  • A 60 min video call with your future Manager, to create a strong alignment on what we’ll expect from you, and tell you more about our way to operate.
  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  • Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
  • A final video call or an onsite interview with the manager of your future department
