Join us as the Lead Inbound Sales to manage and enhance the performance of our pioneering Sales Inbound team in Barcelona. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our sales strategies and achieving significant growth in our French market reach.

This year, the ambition to grow in this market is strong and strategic for Qonto, so your role is essential to the success of our acquisition objectives.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Lead Sales Inbound at Qonto, you will

Coach your team with creative techniques to foster teamwork and encourage sales excellence in articulating our value proposition, understanding the market, and being able to engage at different levels of stakeholders;

Implement and iterate on sales processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and drive growth.

Lead a performance management strategy: ensure consistent and regular results both in terms of volume of activity and quality for the team;

Optimize the lead generation transformation in partnership with the Acquisition and central teams to increase revenue;

Recruit and onboard your team following Qonto business needs.

🏅About You

Experience: Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, ideally within a SaaS & hyper-growth context. Minimum 1 year in a similar position.

Leadership & ambition: You are inspiring, creative, and driving your team to reach its goals. You also have a strong understanding of sales processes and KPI management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Business Partnering: Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across functions.

Tools: You are an expert in Salesforce and Outreach. Modjo, Aircall, and Notion are a big plus to onboard quicker into the operational day-to-day.

Languages: You both speak French and English fluently.
