As Lead of People Operations, you will be joining the People team responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto’s ambitions!

Your role will be to guarantee the best administrative, legal, and office environment in order to provide a high-quality experience for everyone at Qonto.

You will work closely with Sarah, our Head of People, and manage the Office and HR Administration team (4 members).

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Lead People Operations at Qonto, you will

  • Supervise Payroll & personnel administration: You will help our 2 HR Specialists in managing all the legal and administrative dimensions of the employees’ lifecycle (payroll, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, etc).
  • Manage social dialogue: You will be the HR point of contact for all individual and collective working relations. You will manage legal obligations, resolve employee relations issues and prepare CSE meetings.
  • Lead HR projects: You will support the People team on HR policies and lead actions to constantly improve our legal and social environment (e.g. Parental Act policy).
  • Office Management: With the help of our Office Manager and IT specialist, you will guarantee the best work conditions through a safe workplace and a strong sense of service in order to raise employee satisfaction.

Profil recherché

  • Legal and payroll experience: You have 5-6+ years of experience working in legal or HR administrative where you have managed a team.
  • Organized & meticulous: You are able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload but you are also accurate and rigorous in everything you do.
  • Communication skills: You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to encourage social dialogue.
  • Problem solver: You can successfully deal with conflictual matters and find appropriate solutions.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English to engage with all international team members within the company.
  • Education: You have a French Master’s or equivalent degree in French labor law, Human Resources Management, or in a relevant field.

  • Video calls with future team members to discuss your exercise and help you project yourself in the company
  • A Final video-call with the manager of the department and/or one of our C-level/Founders

On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
