As part of the Revenue Growth team, the Lead Growth Engineer and their team will have the mission to maintain and to execute new code production for the acquisition part.

As part of our hyper-growth, our Growth engineering team partners mainly with the Acquisition team to execute changes that drive new acquisition and revenue growth. Our website registers more than 1 million sessions each month and we always want to constantly improve each part of our customer journey.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As the Lead Growth Engineer at Qonto, you will

  • Lead a talented team of 5 (and growing!) Growth Engineers and be a member of the Head of Revenue Growth’s leadership team.
  • Define and manage the execution of Qonto’s website technical stack across all channels considering the end to end customer experience.
  • Ensure the scalability and prioritization of highly technical projects that drive high acquisition & revenue (Acquisition Funnel, Technical SEO, Content Management System strategy, manage 4 countries and 5 languages…)
  • Work closely with the website owner to co-create technical specs & dive-ins
  • Define the best way to work closer with the other teams, including the Tech & Product Team, the Design Team and the Growth Team.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in growth engineering roles or full-stack tech roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech expert: You have a deep understanding of tech full-stack environment, deep knowledge in Ruby on Rails (at least 5 years of experience). Experience with headless CMS & RESTful API for content management is a strong advantage.
  • Team leader: You are passionate about leading a team and creating a positive team life. You have a deep understanding of prioritization.
  • Great team player: You love solving problems (flow/organizational/efficiency/delivery) with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as tech & product, marketing and customer success.
  • Languages: You speak both English & French fluently.
  • Education: You have a degree from a masters engineering program.
