As a Key Account Manager, your role will be to take care of our Business & Enterprise customers by onboarding them perfectly, developing their economic potential and making them love Qonto even more. You will join the KAM team, led by Fanny (our Lead KAM), within the Sales team led by Laurent (our Head of Sales).

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Key Account Manager France at Qonto, you will

  • Onboard all Business & Enterprise customers perfectly and make sure they use and understand perfectly our products & services since the very first steps
  • Prevent our Top clients from reducing their use of Qonto over time by maintaining a trustful & qualitative relationship
  • Develop the maximum potential of each Business & Enterprise customer and ensure they use all our features in the most relevant way
  • Take referrals for the Sales team by creating a new channel of prospects

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You already had a first successful experience as an Account Manager
  • Customer-centric: You know how to anticipate clients’ needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions and build long-term relationships with your clients
  • Business-oriented: You are able to identify new business opportunities and you are always willing to give feedback on the product in order to continuously improve it
  • Mastery: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a significant plus)
  • Languages: You speak both French and English fluently
  • Education: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent

💪 Our hiring process:

  • A 60 min video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions.
  • A 60 min video call with your future Manager, to create a strong alignment on what we’ll expect from you, and tell you more about our way to operate.
  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  • Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
  • A final video call or an onsite interview with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
