As a Junior Business Developer France, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join a team led by Clémence our Sales Team Leader and Laurent, our Head of Sales. The team is composed of 4 Key Account Managers and 8 Business Developers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Junior Business Developer France at Qonto, you will

  • Manage the inbounds leads and convince self-employed contractors, and business creators to open an account
  • Offer a quality client experience, onboard your new customers, and offer them an exceptional level of service
  • Focus on results and improvement and detect client needs to improve the product

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Developer in a start-up / SaaS industry
  • Focus on KPI’s: You are results-oriented and you like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase the sales revenue)
  • Sales skills: Your main concern is to satisfy your customer. Convincing is like a language in its own right for you! Also, you show empathy and adapt your speech according to the people you are talking to
  • Communication: You have an impeccable oral and written expression in French and a good level in English
  • Resistance: You are resilient, any failure is an opportunity to learn. You never give up!
  • Languages: You speak both French and English
  • Education: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent

💪 Our hiring process:

  • A 60 min video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions.
  • A 60 min video call with your future Manager, to create a strong alignment on what we’ll expect from you, and tell you more about our way to operate.
  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world.
  • Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
  • A final video call or an onsite interview with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
