As a member of the People team, you will be contributing to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment for everyone.
In the role as IT Technician, you will be working closely with John our IT Technician, and you will be responsible for understanding and responding to the needs of the whole Qonto team with frictionless solutions and improve their user experience while maintaining all IT Data set. You will kill their pain points, from emails issues to software usage and access rights to broken laptops.
• Support, advise, help: You will be the first contact for IT facilities and will help team members through preparing and setup on the Mac environment
• Anticipate: You will stay up to date and suggest ways to improve processes and overall end-user experience (request handling, on-/off-boarding, etc…)
• Maintain and handle: You will contribute to keep an inventory of all IT asset data (laptops, servers, phones, accessories, serial numbers, software keys, locations, maintenance records, purchase orders, etc.).
• Back-up: You will assist in the management of IT applications (accounts and access rights, rigorous management for Google Apps, Slack, 1Password, etc…)
As part of our corporate team, you will work on the following topic within some of our tech teams (DevOps, Security), each team handling part of our technical infrastructure.
• Easy Mac Deployment Process: You could work on implementing Jamf tool in order automate all mac set-ups
• Easy User Authentification:You could work on Single Sign On (SSO) process to simplify daily user authentification through IT assets.
• Participate to all Qonto events:You will ensure the IT success of all events organised in the office (2-3 monthly)
• Experience: You have a first experience or contact with IT topics such as : install devices, update tools and applications, manage IT inventory etc…
• Mastery: You have a good knowledge in handling hardware and a good basis in software.
• Problem solver: You are a pragmatic and solution-oriented engineer who is interested in solving user issues
• Best Practices: You are an organized worker who follows best practices and update regularly processes
• Curiosity: You are a curious and open-minded person who is eager to learn a new tool and services where it can help us grow
• Team player: You have good communication skills, are comfortable working in a team and can easily work with non-technical colleagues
• Languages: You are fluent in English
