As a Head of Product, you will play a key role in achieving Qonto’s main mission: create the bank all businesses love.

You will be responsible for an internal team of +20 Product Managers and the overall production flow of Qonto’s product. You will report to Qonto’s CPO, Marc-Antoine and interact on a daily basis with the founders, Steve and Alex.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Head of Product at Qonto, you will

• Build an amazing product through shipping quality new products fast and continuously improving the existing features. You will manage the whole production flow of Qonto’s tech and product team by organizing the team, improving our way of working and unblocking the teams when needed.
• Be responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team.
• Build and grow a world-class Product team by hiring new members and organizing your team in an efficient and scalable way. We aim to at least doubling our team every year - you’ll have to create the right hiring pipeline to attract and hire the best talent, all over the world.
• Building the training environment for existing team members and futur joiners. You will identify the core skills your team members need to master and create an environment where each one of them can learn and grow.
• Work strategically and collaboratively with all our departments to ensure a smooth collaboration between the product team and the rest of the company. You will have to make sure every team is continuously aware of the work of the product team and the impact on their daily work.

• Experience: You have 4+ years as a Manager of a Product team handling complex product features with a good mix of both deep back-end complexity and a UX problematics.
• Customer-Centric: Your main concern is to build the right product to ensure high NPS and strong acquisition. You both know and like to put your hands in production to set an example for, support and train your team.
• Strategic thinking: you are able to think at the strategic level and make the link with the pixel level. In every interaction you have with your team you remind them of the “why” of their task and its link with the overall mission of Qonto.
• Data-Driven: You have a strong knowledge of statistical concepts and their application to product along with expertise in the use of technical/statistical tools to drive quality and process improvement.
• Communication: You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Languages: You are fluent in English.
• Education: You have a degree from a leading university or masters program.
