As part of the Revenue Growth team, the Growth Data Manager will have the mission to develop and maintain the growth marketing database and orchestrate data to generate more revenue and acquisition.

Led by Maria, Head of Revenue Growth, our Growth Data team partners mainly with the Acquisition team, CRM team and Tech/Product team to unblock technical issues to generate new acquisition and revenue growth.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Growth Data Manager at Qonto, you will:

  • Define and manage the execution of Qonto’s Growth technical stack across all channels.
  • Ensure the scalability and prioritization of high technical projects that drive high acquisition & revenue working with the CRM team, the acquisition team and the international team.
  • Define the best way to work closer with the other teams, including the Tech & Product Team and the Data Team to create a cross-department synergy.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing automation, Data, or Tech roles.
  • Mastery: You are proficient in SQL, and know perfectly how to automate things. You are comfortable working with APIs and Javascript (or another programming language). A previous experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) would be a plus.
  • Great team player: You love solving problems (flow/organizational/efficiency/delivery) with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as tech & product, data and customer success.
  • Languages: You speak English fluently. French, Italian, German or Spanish would be a plus.
  • Education: You have a Master’s degree from an engineering school.

  • A Final video call with Elizabeth, our CMO

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts between 15 and 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
