Since last year’s fundraising, Qonto significantly raised its ambition in terms of data. This resulted in the creation of a Data Department, handling Data Analysis, Engineering and Science. The data department grew from 5 to 25 people in a year and a half (and we’re still hiring)!

Analytics is key in any business and so it is at Qonto. The Data Analytics team is in charge of developing actionable insights to improve decision-making for customer experience improvements, thereby accelerating customer acquisition and engagement.

As a Data Analyst, you will join a team of ten talented Data Analysts, each of them focusing on supporting one of Qonto’s four main departments (Growth, Finance, Ops, Product).

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will

  • Create better customer experiences: You will use data to find insights on our clients or our processes to help Qonto provide the best services to its customers
  • Help our teams in their operations: You will make sure Qonto’s teams have the data to take decisions, make actions and monitor their outcome
  • Build and improve the data analytics stack: You will develop sources of truth (data model), design the best metrics for our key business drivers and promote self-service

💰Finance

  • Automating End-of month reporting for finance
  • Improving our client segmentation and revenue landing prediction

🚀Growth

  • Monitoring our acquisition funnel and identify bottlenecks
  • Building an attribution model

🧩Operations

  • Building performance monitoring dashboards for Customer Support, Anti-money Laundering and Back office agents
  • Building global operations dashboard to monitor CSAT, NPS and Opex

👷Product & Strategy

  • Monitoring newly launched features adoption rate and understanding usage
  • New pricing : defining a migration strategy and monitoring rollout

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have at least a first successful professional experience in data analysis, ideally in a start-up, tech or consulting environment.
  • Analytical Skills: You are able to understand business problems, curious to dive into detailed data, yet able to zoom out and see the big picture, which allows you to provide actionable insights to your business partners across varied scopes.
  • Team Player: You are able to work collaboratively across departments: giving credible ETAs and meeting them, helping others…
  • Good communication and relationship skills: You have great communication skills and know how to interact with non-technical colleagues
  • Mastery: You are eager to improve yourself. You know how to challenge needs to really understand them. You are also strong technically (SQL, Data modeling…). Knowledge of Tableau is a huge plus.
  • Problem Solver: You know how to overcome challenges with solutions that solve problems, without over-engineering.
  • Languages: You speak English, French is a strong plus

Déroulement des entretiens

💪Our hiring process:

  • A 60 min video-call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
  • A 60 min video-call with your future manager, one of our Lead Data Analysts, to create a strong alignment on what he’ll expect from you, and tell you more about his way to operate
  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your technical and analysis skills, followed by a debrief with 2 members of the team
  • A video-call or onsite interview with future team members to help you project yourself in the company
  • A Final video-call or onsite interview with Aymeric, our CTO

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
