As a Media Analyst, you will report to Sarah our Senior Global Media Expert, to help understand the impact on Qonto’s business of all marketing activations across our 4 European markets (France, Italy, Spain, and Germany). Your mission is to support the team in delivering and implementing the most efficient online and offline media strategy by providing insights and actionable learnings.

🧑‍💻 As a Media Analyst at Qonto, you will

• Evaluate: Be in charge of media campaign performance tracking, understand how it impacts the business, estimate ROI, and define which internal data to exploit

• Collaborate: Work with teams across the business (brand, strategy, acquisition, product marketing, finance, data) as well as external partners (media agency, brand tracker, media channels) to understand and provide the insights needed to improve performances

• Build: Be in charge of defining a cross-media analysis ecosystem allowing the global marketing team to better plan and monitor campaigns. Put in place reporting dashboards and templates to bring out insights and historical knowledge of campaign performances

• Execute: Own the performance of all offline & online awareness initiatives, optimise key campaign metrics, and keep an eye on the data to ensure that media is delivering against the plan

• Share: Communicate test results & campaign learnings to the team and broader stakeholders through comprehensive analysis, reporting and data visualization. Develop key learnings for different media platforms and markets

🥇 About You

• You have 3+ years of experience working as a data analyst or in a similar position

• You have a track record of analyzing cross-media online and offline campaigns across different markets, comparing them to business results and being able to attribute performance

• You know how to translate both media and business data insights into actionable learnings and defend them in front of stakeholders.

• Good Hadoop/SQL and Tableau knowledge. Very comfortable with Excel and data visualization tools. Good knowledge of statistics and data processing practices.

• You have great project management, measurement, and planning skills. You are hands-on and like to take ownership from start to finish.

• Languages: French + English (full professional proficiency).
