The Acquisition Web Analyst will have the mission of providing meaningful analyses, actionable insights and automated dashboards of Qonto’s performances for the acquisition Team while securing Qonto’s data tracking.

Qonto’s website registers more than 1 million sessions each month and we always want to better understand our users’ paths and drops in order to constantly improve our acquisition strategy! You will work on our 4 Europeans markets: France, Italy, Spain, Germany. You will join the Acquisition Team, composed of 10 talented people (and growing!) and will also work closely with a Growth Engineer, our Business Intelligence and International Teams.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As an Acquisition Web Analyst at Qonto, you will:

  • Identify the main drops and pain points on our conversion paths and measure new action impacts. You deep dive into ad-hoc analyses with impactful insights to then suggest and define changes, projects, AB tests or personalizations.
  • Build and implement your own dashboards about our acquisition performances and especially website conversion. You will also coordinate with various teams to help them create and share visual dashboards about their Acquisition KPIs.
  • Guarantee our tracking plan on our 4 markets and define proper specifications for new features, events, paths we want to track in our analytics tools. You will also set up the tools (for now: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar) according to your data needs.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience with relevant experience in Data/Web Analysis or CRO. Having already been involved on an international scope is a real plus.
  • Business-oriented: You are able to put your data insights in perspective with Qonto’s business, our final users and clients (needs, experiences, frustrations). You provide actionable insights that make us think out of the box.
  • Effective communicator: You share & communicate insights in a proper way through dashboards, presentations, that are adapted to your final audience.
  • Team player: You are able to work strategically and collaboratively with other departments like Growth Engineers, Business Intelligence and International Teams
  • Mastery: You master Google Analytics as well as Data Studio or Tableau. Mastering Hotjar (or Content Square) and Amplitude Analytics is a plus (as well as having a knowledge of SQL).
  • Languages: You are fluent in English. Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.
  • Academic Background: You have graduated from a top engineering or economics/business school.
