As the Director of Acquisition at Qonto, you will lead our efforts to skyrocket our client base through mastery of all acquisition channels, crafting a strategy that spans across countries and cultures.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As the Director of Acquisition at Qonto, you will:

Define and implement the Acquisition strategy, on all channels, for all countries

Define and operate a marketing budget, in collaboration with Finance & Country teams, to deliver effective & efficient results

Manage online acquisition campaigns in all countries for all channels (SEA, Facebook / Instagram, UAC, Search Ads, Display, YouTube…)

Directly manage outbound lead generation and lead nurturing activities

Collaborate with our Data team on all things measurement (tracking & attribution, incrementality tests, econometric modeling) and with our country marketing teams to define, execute, and optimize our acquisition strategies

Responsible for building strong relationships with our key partners (Google, Facebook…), and leveraging these relationships to meet our ambitious business goals

Lead a great multicultural team (20 FTEs) and take them to the top!

His background?

Alexandre started his career in management consulting and then shifted to Tech when joining TheFork / TripAdvisor, where he held different management and leadership positions in marketing, sales & business development. Since 2022, he is leading Qonto’s Growth Marketing team

What does he bring to the team? Alexandre has developed a deep experience in Go-To-Market strategies, both in B2C and B2B environments. His energetic & collaborative leadership style fosters a work environment of teamwork and collective achievements, empowering your journey at Qonto.

🏅 About You:

Proven success in online acquisition, having operated full-funnel multi-channel campaigns, ideally both in B2C and B2B industries, with proven ROI improvements

Experience defining and implementing outbound lead generation / lead nurturing strategies; deep knowledge of outbound marketing tools

Data-driven mindset; experience and interest in marketing measurement topics

Excellent problem-solving & project management skills

Team leader who thrives in building and developing diverse teams

Agile learner, comfortable in rapidly evolving environments

Positive approach to challenges, backed by grit and tenacity

Team player at heart; knows how to collaborate within large, fast-growing organizations

Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication abilities
