As an Interim Acquisition Director, directly reporting to Alexandre, our VP Growth, your mission is to continue accelerating our new customers growth in Europe in 2023 (by x1.5) with an 8-digit budget, and a 50 people team of experts.

This position will cover the maternity leave of our current Acquisition Director.

You will lead the teams responsible for all Qonto’s acquisition channels, as well our website’s product managers & engineers.

You will form part of the Central Growth leadership team, alongside the leaders of Marketing & Comms, and Revenue Growth activities.

You will also closely with our 4 Country Managers in charge of each market strategy (🇫🇷, 🇪🇸, 🇮🇹, 🇩🇪), and all other teams which contribute to our Growth: Product, Ops, Strategy, Programs.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As an Interim Acquisition Director at Qonto, you will own:

Cross-team leadership: 

- Drive a team of 50+ experts to achieve our ambitious Acquisition targets.

- Manage 6 Team leaders, make them grow and succeed in their mission, leading their teams: Paid Acquisition (Search, Social Ads, Display & Video), SEO (technical and copywriting), Lead Generation (affiliation, Outbound Marketing, Inbound Email nurturing), Website Business & Developers(Product managers, CRO, Developers), Acquisition strategic projects (360 Acquisition & Ad-hoc projects).

Global growth strategy: Contribute to our Growth on each Market: 🇫🇷, 🇪🇸, 🇮🇹, 🇩🇪 - developing a close relationship & specific Acquisition local projects with each Country Managers to help them achieve their P&L targets.

New global vision: Prepare Qonto’s future developing long-term and high-impact vision and projects like attribution dashboards, team organization: developing & hiring, innovative & experimental projects.

🤝 About your future manager

Their background: you will directly report to Alexandre, our VP Growth. Alexandre has 15 years experience in management consulting and then in Tech. He was formerly CMO at TheFork, world leader in online restaurant reservations;

What they can brin to you: Alexandre leads the Central Growth team at Qonto, leveraging his deep and complete Growth expertise as well as his experience in scaling & internationalisation. He’s a natural team player, and is passionate about discovering and developing people and organizations.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing field and ideally at least 5+ years of experience as a team manager & leader, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Team player & leader: You will be comfortable with management experience (ability to drive and inspire her own team) and influence cross-functional teams

Autonomous: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are hands-on. You like to plan AND execute.

Data-driven mindset: Very analytical and fact-based

Languages: You speak French and English fluently, additional languages (e.g. Spanish or German) would be a distinct advantage.

Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing.

- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
