We’re looking for our Brand & Content Marketing to join the Qomon adventure.

In 2021, we’ve built the Product, CSM and Sales team. In 2022, we build the marketing &communication team tp make Qomon a-top-of-mind brand in its sector.

With Qomon, we are operating in 25+ countries with hundreds of organizations using the platform and tens of thousand of voulunters using the app around the globe, and we want to grow!

We are looking for the most passionate, driven, skilled people with strong capabilities to adapt and the willing to join an early stage team (team of 20 to 30 people) in a product-first company with big ambitions.

If you want to join a start-up in the fascinating field of tech for nonprofit & politics and have a former experience in a Saas and an international environement, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

You will work directly with the Founders in a team of 25+ people (Sales, Product, Data, Support).

Your missions ⭐️

You contribute to build and run the strategy to become a top-of-mind brand (branding, learning content, social media etc.)

Branding, Communication

  • Grow Brand awareness globally
  • Manage PR / Communication / media relations and develop contacts with partners, influencers, community leaders/ Public Affairs
  • Be Qomon ‘s spokesperson
  • Improve the way we communicate with our users and community based on customer success stories and product evolutions ;
  • Manage and Grow our Social Media presense (Digital Influence) align with our Business goals.

Content

  • “Be the content” in the company
  • Develop and execute a content strategy and ensure content is relevant to the target audience at all stages of the funnel
  • Ensure the content is coherent across team
  • Develop and execute an event strategy to develop a community
  • Identify innovative formats and programs to engage with our audience, test and learn ; Set up and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners

Profil recherché

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Stage 1 : Submit the application form to make yourself noticed ✨
  • Stage 2: A 20min screening call
  • Stage 3: A longer interview about you, the culture of the company and the vision to make sure we have a good fit and probably a use case
  • Stage 4: A last interview with a C-level in our office + a demo of the platform, and the opportunity to meet with your coworkers
