🦸 Your future role in the HealthHeroverse

If you are looking to make an impact on people’s health, come join our growing product team. You will help us build a new business line central to our group strategy in the employee wellbeing and healthcare space. The product is still in its early stage and you will have the opportunity to shape its trajectory early on! Your work will help simplify healthcare and improve lives.

You will co-lead, with the engineering manager, an autonomous, multi-disciplinary and expanding team of 2 designers, 7 developers, 1 data scientist, 2 content managers and 1 PM. Your main responsibilities include understanding user needs, owning the vision for our investments in this area, collaborating with marketing and business partners, and using data in your day-to-day decision making.

You will be responsible for product strategy, discovery, delivery, and building an innovative product culture.

  • Own and nurture the vision for our current and future employee wellbeing and health solutions. Turn that vision into an actionable roadmap.
  • Setup feedback loops and use data, customer insights and market analysis to drive product strategy and enhancements decisions.
  • Define and measure the right KPIs to monitor OKRs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align product and operations objectives. You’ll make sure you communicate both the “why” and the “what”.
  • Run user test programs to research and anticipate behaviors and trends for continuous product discovery.
  • In partnership with the engineering team leader, organize the work of the team to iterate on outcomes and projects, defining your own methodology.
  • Ensure user satisfaction with high quality product standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization to reach mutual benefits and technology leverage.
  • Understand and monitor regulatory, legal, and privacy environment, in collaboration with internal and external clinical and compliance experts.
  • Participate in mentoring junior profiles within the product team.

Profil recherché

🗓️ Previous experience (without a Health Hero mask)

  • Min. 5 years of proven product management experience in a high-growth, agile, tech environment.
  • Experience working in autonomous and remote software development teams.
  • Demonstratable impact on large scale Enterprise products in international markets.
  • Familiar with configuration, customization, integration, and API solutions.
  • Experience working within healthtech is advantageous
