Every day with user research and data, we see how many patients need this service and how much we can help them.
So, our main goal is to improve the existing platform in order to solve patient’s and doctor’s problems (plain and simple). Create new features firstly to ease healthcare.

What you will do 😍

• Design world-class products. From discovery to delivery, you will bring your expertise into delivering value that will help patient have a better healthcare

• Actively participate in building a scalable design language to improve consistency, execution, and the overall experience of our products/service

• You’ll work across our digital products, considering the UX of all the users across the different product areas. Your focus will be to improve the experience for patients and the practitioners (Native app and web app).

• You will work iteratively, using an exploratory, adaptive, and experimental approach to constantly iterate towards implementation.

• You will create and improve processes, assets, and culture in order to influence and drive our patient and practitioner experience forward.

• Collaborate on visual design aspects with the wider team

• Developpement of UIs and prototypes

• Improve our design system with the design team

• Grow with the team. As part of our ambition for continuous improvement, you will engage with your peers daily, work closely with various functions (Support, sales, tech, product, growth…)

What you can expect 🧐
• You are going to join a talented team composed of Noémie, Hugo, Samuel, Balthazar, and Romain you can also work with UK, Ireland and German designer when working for other healthhero project.
• Collaborate with a variety of profiles and expertise: Product designers, product manager, legal team, account manager, etc…
• You have access to patients and doctors when you are doing some user research. 
• You will join one (or several) “impact” teams which are data driven and user centric. Because Impact is important for Qare and Healthhero. 
• We like that our designers can switch teams when they feel like it. So, they stay creative and thrive on their projects. 

Our Design stack 😵
• We have a brilliant design system on Figma (created by no other than Hugo the magnificent)
• We archive our work and knowledge on Confluence 
• We also have an Adobe licence if you need to create a pictogram or illustrate something
• We use Miro when needed
• ContentSquare allows us to retrieve some data from the product

What are we looking for? 🎉

• Analytical skills: You can dig problems into feature requests or challenge a Product Manager roadmap. You have methods to break down problems into pieces and create minimum viable UI solutions without forgetting the target vision
• Craft skills (UI): You are creative and like polished design. Design systems have no secret for you. You keep up to date with design evolutions, you like to read design blogs, post on blogs etc. and sharing that with your peers
• Data literacy: You like to begin discovery by retrieving data or asking for it. You are curious about how new features or change can impact users. 
• Ownership: You like to own your project and you like to be independent
• Communication: You naturally communicate with your manager(s) and peers. You are confident when it comes to getting people to buy into your proposed solution(s).
• Languages: You are fluent in English in order to engage with all international team members within the company.

3 – Meet the Lead product designer (Romain) and one other design team member for 30 minutes (Remote or live)
4 – A quick remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working within Qare could be like
5 – A 45 minutes meeting with stakeholders and product team members, during which you will present your solution + a Q&A (Remote or live)
