Who we are looking for
This role requires a unique combination of attributes.

  • You need to understand how to use data and analytics to see what’s working well and what’s not in terms of CRM. That includes analyzing how offers are performing, how well various initiatives are retaining patients and how KPI translate into ways to improve business. In short, to leverage data to understand what needs to be continued or improved to keep patients loyal to the service.
  • You are a storyteller, able to effectively and engagingly communicate the patient perspective and the benefits of patient-centric initiatives to a wide range of people with differing priorities. Being able to weave data into the tale is an essential part.
  • You like to get your hands dirty, are comfortable with ambiguity and have a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves action-oriented attitude.
  • You are effective in a complex setup and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You should feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and have a collaborative yet assertive approach.
  • You have a passion for digital and a strong understanding of digital platforms and digital business models.
  • You’re a strong team player and can operate with a high level of autonomy.

What will be your missions
Propose and execute the CRM roadmap, an ambitious CRM strategy that fits in with Qare’s development plan.
Own the patient journey from end-to-end, from start of the site/application through to retention, and reactivation.

  • Deeply understand our patients, what makes them more engaged, and what make them churn.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Head of Growth to build a consistent acquisition to retention strategy.
  • Manage, with the help of your team, the design and execution of these actions on all channels (push notifications, in app, email,…): marketing automation programs, animation calendar.

With the help of the Operations and the Product teams, develop the CRM strategy to make patients fond of Qare.

  • Lead by example by building, testing, approving, sending and running impactful CRM campaigns and automations by email, push notifications, in-app messages, and other channels.
  • Be a champion for high quality campaigns with great brand, tone and patient-centric value
  • Deep dive into data insights and help develop the analytical frameworks and metrics to measure performance, understand key variables, and improve campaign effectiveness.

Lead and manage a team of talented marketers, helping to define priorities, develop analytical capacity, run experiments and maximize the potential of each member of the team.


Profil recherché

What you bring

  • 6-7+ years’ experience, preferably in a high growth company
  • Experience using Customer Engagement Platform, multichannel and mobile messaging
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing growth strategies that significantly increase patient retention
  • Strong analytical background, self-sufficient with SQL and reporting
  • Strong business acumen, results and Impact oriented.
  • Adept at creative storytelling using data driven insights, and the ability to bring complex consumer data to life in a simple way
  • Confident working with multiple partners, prioritizing and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously to create business impact
  • Proven experience managing and growing a team, as well as proven experience in building positive working relationships and working with cross-functional teams
