Job overview :

We are looking for a fullstack developer to join our engineering team. Our goal is to build world class health solutions from the idea stage to launch.

Your first focus will be on our custom central administration tool. In order to allow our solution to scale properly, you will have to go on the field to understand operations teams needs, you will participate in the ideation and conception processes and guide the improvements right to production. Our ideal candidates would be excellent communicators, user centric builders and willing to understand how health can be digitized the proper way.

What you will do:

• You’ll ship a product. You will deliver a solution to our inside teams, go to the field to understand their needs, work hand to hand with our UX/UI team to come up with a solution, help the product owner build a roadmap of what needs to be done and implement it. You’ll write clean and efficient code, do unit tests, follow best practices, improve our infrastructure and tooling and have the benefit of working with others who share your enthusiasm.

Requirements :

• Engineering degree (bac +5)
• Significant experience (> 5 years) in hands-on development and design in the delivery of software products
• Solid understand of software design patterns and software architecture
• Experience in Agile software development processes
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Full professional competence in English
