THE ROLE
Join us as a Territory Systems Engineer and be the essential technical partner driving transactional sales and accelerating growth in your territory alongside the Territory Account Executive (TAE). You will translate Pure's visionary solutions into clear, value-driven technical proposals, primarily by empowering our Channel Partners. Your focus will be on technical enablement, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to sell, validate, and successfully deploy Pure Storage solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary technical coach for our Channel Partners, providing guidance, resources, and technical expertise to activate their Systems Engineers (SEs) and drive new business independently.
- Collaborate closely with the TAE to act as the Technical Brand Ambassador in customer engagements, guiding discussions and providing essential pre-sales technical support for a high volume of transactions.
- Ensure technical integrity and success by reviewing and validating architecture, sizing, and quotes proposed by partners, aligning solutions with customer requirements and product capabilities.
- Accelerate partner self-sufficiency by driving the awareness and adoption of Pure's sales and technical tools, and coordinating enablement resources (e.g., specialists, training) for partner bootcamps and workshops.
- Function as the key technical resource manager, efficiently linking partners to virtual resources or properly escalating complex technical inquiries to dedicated Systems Engineers and other technical teams.
