Stakeholder Management

  • Working with the Tech domain leadership, Capacity Planning, Staffing and the TA CoE Head to define talent acquisition priorities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates
  • Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs and enable fair and structured decision making
  • Be a true consultative partner to both internal and external stakeholders

Sourcing and Selection

  • Build and grow a network Technology Consultants in France and wider EMEA region and also assist other regions as needed.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and community building approaches to find , attract and engage top talent
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarise candidate’s capabilities, aspirations and drivers
  • Promote the company referral scheme and own the referral process internally and externally.

Candidate Experience

  • Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey in partnership with other people team functions.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and on boarding

Market Insights and Reporting

  • Bring insights on the tech talent market and best practices to the TA and Business leadership teams
  • Provide and maintain accurate data and prepare MI Reports as needed
  • Maintain data cleanliness on all systems to enable clean and accurate reports
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis

Talent Branding

  • Showcase the proposition for working at Publicis Sapient and our Strategy & Consulting domain on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Attend Tech specific networking events and work with the wider team in hosting events to enhance the PS talent brand in the market.
  • Work with the tech domain to generate relevant content (eg. Day in the life or Career Journey stories) to feed into our Talent Branding strategy
  • Obtain domain content from the market which can be utilised to assist in the branding
  • Work in enhancing the Candidate Experience to promote the Publicis Sapient Culture

Profil recherché

  • Fluent/Native French and English communication skills (spoken/written) is highly required
  • Minimum 3 years experience required of proven end-to-end Tech Talent Acquisition activities
  • Strong experience of hiring Technology Engineers (Java, Devops, SDET, REACT, Architects,) or non tech profiles in the French market.
  • First experience in talent acquisition within/for companies leading in Digital Business Transformation, Consulting and Technology
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and collaboration
  • Knowledge, insight and data driven approach to talent acquisition
  • Ability and aptitude to be a change agent
  • Experience/knowledge in AgileHR would be advantageous
  • Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative
  • Experience of using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods
  • Have experience of owning the 360 degree “talent agenda”
