BUDGET:

Renault is one of the most prestigious client at Publicis Group and the international department is critical for the global ambition of Renault brand, even local developments are led in central.

Partnering with client and building relationships. Partnering with local Publicis Groupe agencies for development and roll-out of the strategies and campaigns. The international department is divided in 3 regions (Europe, Latam and Grand international, this job regards Grand-International only : Germany, India, Turkey, Korea, south Africa, Australia, and GCC.

 

MISSIONS:

  • Represent & build relationships for the agency both to central clients (located in Paris), local clients and partner agencies (in countries)
  • International team is in charge of   :
    •  insuring consistency of tone of voice and guidelines throughout the regions (mentioned above) and to lead the regional development for specific vehicles that are not existing in Europe.
    •  leading the local creative development and production of campaigns.
  • Using this knowledge to ensure partner local agencies are clear and able to implement on a local level
  • Assure a long-term relationship both with clients and partner agencies
  • Management of one account manager, one account executive, one alternante and one intern (4 people to manage)

Profil recherché

  • Experience or interest in global business and working with different cultures
  • Clear understanding and experience in how to create a campaign from brief  to delivery in collaboration with local agencies : Strategy Creative, , production, monitoring budget.  
  • Ability to lead senior client relationships with clear strategic and creative POVs based off business needs and objectives.
  • Ability to manage middle manager from the team and make them grow
  • Good to be experienced in creating scopes of work and monitoring profitability, not mandatory.

 

Profile required

  • Bac+4/+5 in a communication or commerce school, with not less than 5 year’s experience in an advertising agency or communication group
  • Experience in global business. Nice to have : experience in the vehicle category but not mandatory
  • Fluent, working English and French are mandatory
