The Business Development Manager (H/F) will be responsible for originating and closing business for the Epsilon Conversant personalized media solution with opportunity to cross-sell into Epsilon Conversant’s other leading data solutions.

Your responsibilties:

  • Sell Epsilon Conversant’s- personalized media solution direct to advertisers
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Help develop and build content to take to market
  • Get involved in the strategic account planning process
  • Developing useful resources and identifying new business opportunities
  • Be responsible for growing and maintaining top line revenue
  • Be responsible for updating sales forecast and management forecast
  • Solve complex problems and issues
  • Be tactical in nature, helping to develop strategy
  • Strong ability and desire to prospect
  • Ensure personal quota are met
  • Understand contracts and negotiation process

Profil recherché

  • 3 to 5+ years of digital and commercial experience
  • Min 2-3 years of ad/martech experience required
  • Knowledge of ecommerce landscape with a solid network of CMO and decision makers in the retail industry
  • Knowledge of both ad-tech and/or mar-tech landscapes (CRM display and/or retail media landscape is a plus)
  • Experience selling to Retail clients
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and networking
