Mission
Your Challenge and Responsibilities:
The CGS at MINES Paris - PSL University is seeking to strengthen its expertise in Management Sciences regarding contemporary issues related to health and digital technologies.
How can health and digital technologies benefit from new scientific models of design, production, and logistics to create more resilient and innovative healthcare systems in the face of crises? Conversely, how do contemporary health and digital challenges prompt further exploration of design theory and industrial management models?
How do advances in theory of the firm and in corporate governance pave the way for new frameworks of action in healthcare? How do new models of workplace health help design new organizations and work environments that incorporate digital technologies? Conversely, how do contemporary health and digital issues enrich governance models and workplace health?
The selected candidate will contribute to CGS teaching, particularly within the “Cycle d’Ingénieur Civil” (including core courses in management sciences, development of the health-oriented MIG track, and contributions to research trimesters and options supported by CGS). They will help evolve the curriculum to address the growing student body at the school, notably by enriching the pedagogical offerings of MINES Paris – PSL University, drawing on the research outlined above.
