You will support Erell our HR Manager on recruitement tasks :

• Definition of the need in partnership,
• Broadcasting of advertisements,
• Pre-selection of profiles,
• Call interviews,
• Coordination of the recruitment process with managers and monitoring of candidates.

• You are a student with 4/5 years of higher education and are looking for an internship for a gap year or graduation,
• You have already completed a first internship in human resources, ideally in recruitment,
• You want to learn within a growing company,
• You know how to organise yourself to work independently,
• Very well organized and autonomous,
• Excellent redactional skills in both French and English.
