As a Product Ops in Power Dot, you will:

Above all, you will have the opportunity to have a great impact on the electric mobility transition by helping Power Dot expand its destination charging network and supporting us in our mission of embedding the charging experience in the EV user’s daily life. Furthermore, you will:

• Help cross-functional product teams working effectively and efficiently;
• Bridge the gap between Product and local market for product implementations and day to day operations;
• Work closely with local teams to run and implement product experiments, focus on testing the unique requirements of a market and running experiments to optimise the products per vertical, city/region;
• Be a key contributor to resource and implementation planning;
• Help automating and improving upon existing support processes (local <-> central);
• Support and/or lead Training Sessions for internal teams;
• Gain a deep understanding of the e-mobility ecosystem within the different markets where Power Dot operates.

• Previous work experiences in the electric mobility area or in a related area are highly valued.

This is a full-time position, based in our office in Paris (hybrid) or full-remote, it’s up to you to decide. French is the main working language, and English is a plus.
