The Role:
Reporting directly to our Western Europe sales Director, the Western Europe Solution Specialist will work as a part of Powell Software Global Sales Development team based in Paris to manage and advance Powell Software Business Development activities in the Western region for our fast-growing solution Powell Teams.
This role will involve around 25% travel in Western Europe region with focus in France, UK & BENELUX.
What You’ll Do:
Grow Powell Teams Footprint: Implement Powell Teams commercial strategy by identifying, qualifying and pursuing new projects, keeping up-to-date reports on sales activities.
Strategic Positioning: Keep up-to-date with market trends in order to identify new growth sectors for Powell Teams solution in the region and work closely with our product team to adjust out GTM and positionning in the region.
Technical Expertise: Ability to go from a consultative selling conversation to more technical / solution driven conversation especially in an IT environment.
Customer Acquisition : Strategize with clients on product-market fit, build the motion to generate pipeline focusing on mid- market accounts (500 to 10K users) and manage sales cycle on strategic projects by your own from qualification to closing.
Client Management: Work closely with our CSM team to deliver regular updates to Powell Software existing clients, whilst proposing and implementing strategies to enhance client relationships and grow our revenue with existing customers.
Lead the virtual team : Orchestrate and lead our global virtual team on Powell Teams including the different resources contributions to the Powell Teams plan (BDR, AE, channel managers…).
