You will support the product team in delivering the product and analysing users’ behaviours. You will help deliver high user satisfaction and maintain a swift release pace. Your responsibilities will range through delivery as well as discovery. Pony has 3 product lines: rider, angels and ops with different challenges and objectives.

Main responsibilities

• Write up feature specs & user stories
• Tighly coordinate effort across the various stakeholders (devellopers, designers, PM, management)
• Manage progress updates
• Prioritise et follow up on bug fixing
• Test and validate new releases & document the releases
• Set up user satisfaction and engagement tracking (NPS, ratings, satisfaction survey, engagement and adoption KPIs)
• Analyse the performance of new releases
• Manage A/B testing and make recommendations

• Previous internship as a Product Manager or as a Project Manager for a fast growing start-up
• A huge passion for all things product
• Self-motivated, self-directed
• Super versatile: can work on analysis work as well design mock ups
