As Marketing Director your role will be to look after everything marketing, ranging from brand reputation, user acquisition, performance marketing, product marketing, campaign management, community management, city relations as well as employers’ brand.

You will report directly to the COO and you will manage a team of 3 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Growing the overall revenue across our markets
• Defining pony’s overall brand strategy
• Growing and entertaining our pony angel community and, callibrating our market place dynamics
• Running cross channel offline and online campaigns (events, socials, partnerships, media etc.)
• Setting up and implementing new city launch marketing strategies
• Setting up and executing our promotion and pricing strategies, as well as product marketing strategy
• Analysing and reporting the overall performance (riderships, repeat usage, product engagement etc.)
• Ensuring impeccable brand consistency across the entire company, internally and externally

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
• Highly analytical, performance and objective oriented
• A passion for all things marketing and a love for good brands
• Keen eye for strong effective designs
• Sharp copywriting skills
• Experience with the marketing of B2C products
• Experience with B2B Marketing
• Experience with B2G is a plus
• Top tier consulting firm experience is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Management experience is a plus
