Descriptif du poste

  • Responding to customer requests via emails, calls, facebook, chats
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Outbound upselling: subscriptions, long term rentals etc.
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and solve their problems
  • Flag and escalate issues as appropriate, filing bug reports, and generally being the eyes and ears of executive management on the ground
  • Providing feedback to relevant teams to help improve our customer experience
  • Reply to reviews on app stores

Profil recherché

  • Crazily good people skills
  • Super high energy
  • A hands-on and problem solving person, who can turn a terrible call into a world-class customer service experience
  • Hardworking willing to reply to many many tickets per day
  • Flexible, willing and excited of waking up on Sundays and to work evenings and weekends
  • Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
  • Any other Latin language is a big plus
  • Patient and cold-headed not scared of doing multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast-learner and a good time manager
  • Having a previous experience in Zendesk is a big plus
