About Plum

Our goal is to create the first interior design platform. A creative brand that inspires its community, guides & mentors them in their renovation and design projects, and selects the materials to make them a reality. You might have seen our latest print advertising campaign all over Paris and online!

When we launched in June 2019, our go-to-market strategy was to overhaul the kitchen-design market! Our product range has since expanded and we now offer furniture and design solutions for the entire home (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room etc). Our concept started with custom fronts for Ikea boxes, and we have expanded to paint, handles, faucets and soon much more.

Plum is showing strong growth (almost 10M€ turnover achieved in 2021) and has international ambitions (opening in Germany in May 2022): our Operation team is expanding and we are looking for a Suppy Chain Excellence Manager.

Your role & your missions

As Supply Chain Excellence Manager at Plum you will drive our supply chain performance, optimize the flow and improve global quality. Your challenge is to face constant volume growth, while improving Plum service level to deliver amazing Customer Experience.

You will be part of the Operation team, working with François-Xavier (Head of Operations), Ananda (Supply Chain Manager) and Axel (Supply Chain Coordinator).

As part of your missions, you will:

Get & maintain full knowledge of our supply chain organization & quality challenges

• Map our supply: capacity, bottleneck, issues, risks, etc.
• Commit our partners to our project, through inspiring & tight communication

Measure performance & quality

• Build efficient & exhaustive KPIs
• Keep track of all customers issues & process painpoints, find their root causes
• Evaluate risks associated, short & long term solutions
• Define priorities

Deploy an impactful action plan with our partners & other teams

• Align all concerned parties around your recommended actions
• Monitor progress to respect challenging deadlines
• Assess customer impact & measure satisfaction

Your are experienced in transversal management and industrial process improvement, communicate well, never give up and easily motivate others to reach for the best.

You have :

Technical & background

• An operational background in industrial or supply chain processes & quality improvement
• A successful experience in third party management: as “pilote de flux”, “coordinateur supply chain”, or equivalent
• A good knowledge of products similar to ours
• Fluent English & French
