As a Product Manager, you’ll join the PlayPlay product team (1 VP Product, 3 product managers, 2 product designers) to define, craft, and ship a world-class product. You’ll be working with one product manager and his.her squad to deliver their roadmap, and working closely with the rest of the product team to understand our users needs and craft future products!

MISSIONS 💪

Product Discovery

• Analyze our users behaviours watching session replays with Hotjar.
• Analyse users behaviours looking at our data on Heap.io, Google Analytics and Zoho.
• Prepare and run user tests to validate hypothesis, Update competitive analysis and market research.
• Keep track of all our users feedback on ProductBoard, Work with product designers to craft and design new products.

Product Delivery

• Write user stories and product specifications.
• Write, prioritize and follow up on bug tickets.
• Prioritize your backlog with your squad and Product Manager.
• Participate in all Agile rituals with your squad: daily standups, sprint planning, storymapping, grooming, retrospective.
• Write internal product release newsletter to promote your team’s work to the rest of the company.
• Analyze performances of new products.

Strategy and planning

• Participate, with the rest of the product team, in the preparation of the quarterly product roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS 🎯

• Student in Business School, Engineering School or University.
• Ideally, you have a specialization in project management.
• Ideally, you have a prior experience in product management.
• You’re fluent in English (B2 - C1 - C2 level) and you’re a native french speaker.
• Obviously, you are a fan of the video industry!

• Good communicator: You have excellent communication skills (in English is a bonus) to engage with all stakeholders within the company.
• Analytical mindset: You constantly want to understand how things work. You are able to navigate in a technical environment.
• Curious: You are interested in social media, content creation, motion design and video (bonus if you have done some motion design or video creation yourself).
• Team Player: You like to work in a team and have no ego when it comes to your product! 🤝
