As a Salesforce Lead, you will join PlayPlay's Revenue Operations team within the Strategy & Operations division. 

Following a successful migration from Hubspot to Salesforce, your mission will be to continue and lead the development of Salesforce within PlayPlay and to enable the tool to better meet our business needs.

MISSIONS 💪

Continuous improvement of CRM hand in hand with the Sales Operations team

  • Make life easier for our Revenue teams by using the full power of Salesforce's automation (Flows, Validation Rules, Screen Flows and more)
  • Help PlayPlay solidify its data architecture to ensure sustainable growth
  • Be responsible for the quality of the data produced in the CRM: structure, consistency, de-duplication, ...
  • Improve the ergonomics and design of the CRM to enhance the user experience.
  • Documentation & Adoption

  • Participate in ongoing user training.
  • Document Salesforce processes.
  • Ensure users understand and use the full capabilities of Salesforce.
  • Administration of the Salesforce platform

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, perm sets, views, layouts.
  • Manage incoming requests for bugs and evolutions.
  • Be responsible for imports (Data Loader management).
  • Examples of Projects

  • Synchronize our Billing tool (ChargeBee) with Salesforce
  • Implement a multi-language quoting system
  • Develop a Health Score system for CS teams
  • Automatically assign accounts based on certain criteria
  • YOUR SKILLS 🎯

  • You have at least 3 years of significant experience in a similar position (ideally 4 years).
  • Ideally you have an Advanced Admin (211) certification.
  • Fluent English is a must (this position involves a lot of interactions in English).
  • You are a real problem-solver
  • Knowledge of the Apex language would be a plus.
  • Experience in a SaaS start-up would be a plus!
  • Ideally, you know the Salesloft tool!
