We are looking for a motivated Junior Growth Marketing responsible for driving MQLs that accelerate revenue growth for our US Sales team. Your goal: generate strong inbound pipeline revenue and brand awareness. 

You would be the right arm for our Marketing and Sales teams. As such, you will have a very visible and impactful role. You will collaborate strongly with our US General Manager, PlayPlay’s co-founder, our local Marketing team and Inbound Sales team. You will also be helped a lot by our Global Marketing team, based in Paris.

MISSIONS 💪

EVENTS MARKETING (70%)

  • ​​Establish PlayPlay's event calendar regarding: must-attend third-party events & tradeshows in North America. Benchmark events constantly so we don’t miss any critical opportunities, conduct discovery calls to confirm their relevance, negotiate the package, staff sales, book transportation, order print collaterals (eg. roll-ups, flyers…)
  • Develop and organize our in-house PlayPlay events - educational & fun events - such as customer gatherings or smaller networking events in our office.
  • Collaborate with our global & local marketing teams in order to create creative and exciting content for all those events (such as presentations, videos shown on big screens at the venue, goodies & swag etc.)
  • Manage the handover of leads with the local Inbound Sales team. Analyze and evaluate events performances and ROI.
  • ONLINE MARKETING (30%)

  • Map sponsored media opportunities, negotiate and plan regular operations throughout the year (sponsored articles, dedicated newsletter, co-branded webinars…)
  • Optimize our CRM for local Marketing actions: contribute to our marketing workflows maintenance, create new landing pages, update scoring rules, update dashboards…
  • Conduct regular benchmarks regarding our competitor and the tech SaaS ecosystem to feed our Marketing Paid expert and PMM team with social ads ideas and website best practices.
  • Create beautiful and impactful videos for all of our growth purposes (client testimonials, facebook ads…)
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • Prior successful Marketing experience in a fast-growing SaaS start-up or scale-up (Which could be Lead Gen, Events, Paid Acquisition, content, marketing automation, web analytics…).
  • Analytics tools CRM: good understanding of Google Analytics, Hubspot & Salesforce.
  • Experience in lead scoring methodology and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills and planning skills.
  • Experience in a non french company (english first) would be a huge plus
  • English native or full english proficiency required.
