MISSIONS 💪

Ensure a perfect employee experience

  • Manage the employee experience of a team of 100 people
  • Build an engaging Playplayers's experience from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Onboard new Playplayers and ensure a great first days experience; 
  • Iterate on our onboarding process;
  • Offboard Playplayers and ensure they have a unique experience until their very last minutes with us;
  • Measuring employee engagement;
  • Spread the culture!
  • Manage people processes

  • Provide People policy guidance;
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the people department;
  • Ensure the implementation and drive our processes (Quarterly/Annual Reviews, training, career path…);
  • Suggest new People processes;
  • Support People’s growth

  • Advise managers in your perimeter on all People topics (mobility, entry, and exit, career development, training, etc.) 
  • Follow-up and coach employees at key stages of their journey (feedback, reviews, mobility, etc);
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and build a successful “Employee Training Program”;
  • Push for modern initiatives (learning, development, tools...);
  • Manage a global People Experience Internationally

  • Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices in alignment with our global People philosophy and vision
  • Ensure great collaboration with other offices, onboard, federate around, and coordinate people projects with your stakeholders
  • Be the key people contact for our International offices and make sure they benefit from our processes and feel part of our culture and values
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in developing the people function within a high-growth environment, scale-up experience is a real bonus;
  • People culture (compensation, people employee relations, employee engagement and retention strategies, and coaching);
  • Coaching employees;
  • Partnering with managers;
  • Good knowledge of French labor legislation;
  • Fluent in both French and English (oral and written);
  • Demonstrable experience with people metrics.
