To begin 2022 in style, PlayPlay is launching its second European office in Berlin. This role is focused on the DACH market.

We're offering a fantastic career opportunity if you want to become our next manager of the Business Development Representative team! You will join our sales team, lead the DACH hunting performances, and help us build the perfect team 🤩 You will also be part of our DACH founding team and co-build the company with Sophie, our country lead.

Leadership

  • Recruit & onboard a team of talented SDRs and BDRs
  • Train & coach your team to reach their goals : 20SQL/m/BDR & 30SQL/m/SDR
  • Create a strong team spirit
  • Co-build the sales team

  • Participate in the creation of the PlayPlay sales playbook
  • Take part in cross-team projects to boost our acquisition performances
  • Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared
  • Be a strong ambassador of the company culture in Germany
