PlayPlay has launched its first US office in New York City !

We're offering a fantastic career opportunity if you want to become our next manager of the Business Development Representative team; based out of our NYC office !

You will join our sales team, lead the US hunting performances, and help us build the perfect team 🤩 You will also be part of our US founding team and co-build the company with Clément Moracin, one of PlayPlay’s co-founder.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Team Leadership

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process by interviewing, and onboarding new BDR team members.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDR in the US office to surpass their goals.
  • Drive the development and execution of outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Performance Management

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual and team performance against KPIs.
  • Provide regular feedback and collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine the sales process.
  • Lead Generation

  • Oversee and contribute to the identification and qualification of new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with our Paris HQ to make sure best practices are shared (marketing, sales, and customer success teams).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
