As an Experience & Service Designer in the playgrnd, you will be in charge of your clients and your team happiness, while bringing genuine consulting & design to leverage Performances & Positive Impact on humans, environment & Society.
With the help of the team, you support your clients in the design of their services, products & businesses, towards a systemic approach, in order to generate value and impact.
playgrnd’s methodologies deployment (systemic approach, human centered, impact & business oriented), as a referral for clients
“Human Knowledge” (User/Customer research), including field exploration, interviews, trends watching, data analysis, personae, journey & experience mapping
Strategy including benchmark, market studies, value propositions, business models, and service blueprints
Prototyping service’s digital or non digital touchpoints
Workshop facilitation (Workshops, collective intelligence)
Contribution to the Design knowledge of the team
Contribution to methodologies optimization
Have a constant watch on market trends, and spot best practices
Participation to dedicated conferences
You may hear and say everyday the following words: human first, human centered design, innovation, service design, blueprints, empathy, and of course… “experience = impact”.
This offer is related to a full time position, both based in Paris (WeWork) & remote. This job may require travels in France and Europe.
