Vous avez déjà rêvé de rencontrer Sigmund Freud, Richard Branson ou Pierre Bourdieu ? Do (did) you organize special dinners with your friends in order to run shadow “customer research”? You can’t imagine a life without a smartphone - except for a visit to your favorite roller-coaster? Do you give feedbacks to Slack Team in order to optimize their product? Vous avez déjà pensé à mapper les données de votre vie personnelle grâce à une application de datavisualisation ? Do you always plan your vacations for months, using Google Drive spreadsheets and datavizualisation, in order to choose the right destination? WHAT COULD YOU DO?

As a Junior Consultant in the playgrnd, you will be contributing to your clients and your team happiness

• while supporting our clients to deliver the most genuine and impactful customer experience,
• while bringing consulting to make it happen,
• while driving the change and transformation of our clients.

DETAILED MISSION

Under the responsibility of a Consultant, you will contribute to supporting your clients in their tranformation towards a “Human Centric” approach, in order to generate value and impact.

— CONSULTING

• playgrnd’s methodologies deployement (human centered, impact & business oriented),
• Contribution to Audit (quantitative & qualitative),
• Contribution to Transformation strategy elaboration,
• Contribution to Facilitation of Collective intelligence workshop
• Contribution to Business cases,
• Contribution to Strategic Roadmap creation and priorization,
• Contribution to Operationnal Roadmap creation and priorization (blue prints)
• Contribution to undergrnd.fr (sustainable innovation)

— STRATEGY & WATCH

• Have a constant watch on market trends, and spot best practices
• Benchmark (Experience, transformation, Digital Experience, Retail experience…)
• Market studies
• Trends watching, prospective
• Articles writing could be a great if possible

— PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Follow-up with team & clients
• Scheduling
• Task management
• Reporting

This offer is related to an internship position based in Paris (75010) or remote.
Since we work with internation clients, and our team is multicultural, english is mandatory.
This job may require travels in France and Europe, when it will be possible again.

YOUR PROFILE?

To become part of the dream-team in the playgrnd:

• you must be open-minded, curious, empathic, passionate, proactive, detailed focus, result oriented, always willing to learn new things.
• you have awesome soft skills
• you must have a first experience in a consulting company, or a relevant first experience in CX
• you have a strong interest in “human experience” and “Experience Design”, and relevant track record on this subject,
• you have a strong interest in experience design and, obviously, human and systemic design
• you would be very happy to share your knowledge to the rest of the team,
• you speak a very very good english (mandatory, since we deal with international clients) et aussi un très bon français (à l’écrit comme à l’oral)
