Your next job: “Playing a role towards positive impact”.

As part of a multi-disciplinary consultants and project managers team, you will contribute to leverage positive impact across various sectors and clients, located in France or abroad, while:

• Supporting your clients designing and delivering the most genuine and impactful digital products, and mainly by redesigning websites,
• Playing with the best dream-team (product designers, user researchers, UX/UI designers, service designers, geeks, tech teams, content producers, and dedicated experts…),
• Managing projects in the best quality, always on time, and being agile,
• Bringing happiness to your clients and team,
• Always thinking about your customers’ customers
• Singing the good song, with the right tone, and the best tempo.
• In details, your everyday role could look like this:

PRODUCT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• You supervise and coordinate the whole design process, from A to Z, along with the design team
• You build strong customer relationship
• You contribute to product conception, backlog prioritization,
• You manage overall project, planning and team (internal or external), organize work streams, provide reporting, perform quality reviews
• You manage your budgets and the profitability of your projects (monitoring, reporting, production optimisation, purchases management)
• You draft production documents and specifications
• You supervise the dev/tech work stream (done by our partners)

CONSULTING

• You co-create product design methodologies with the design team
• You align stakeholders
• You provide consulting & best practices in product design and management
• You participate in the elaboration of product strategy (product vision, value proposition, KPIs, sustainability…)
• You provide pedagogy to clients on design process
• You’ll always make sure the human, environment and society approach is at the heart of everything

FACILITATION

• You facilitate collective intelligence (IRL or remote)
• You contribute to design ad’hoc workshops

You will also contribute to playgrnd’s growth

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Responsible for your clients satisfaction
• Manage to detect opportunities (upselling / cross selling)
• Take briefs, gather the need
• Contribute to pitch sell

COACHING

• After a few months, you may have to coach a rookie who is learning your core skills

PLAYGRND’S EMPOWERMENT

For this position, we require an experience of 3-5 years as a Product Manager, Digital Project Manager, Digital Consultant, or similar role (consulting company / design studio…).

  This job may require (low carbon) travels in France and Europe, if the missions require it.
