After we successfully launched our service and became a market leader in France, Pixpay wants to accelerate its development in other European countries. To do so, we are looking for a talented Country Launcher to build the company from scratch in Spain.

Directly reporting to the founders team, your objective is to kickstart Pixpay’s activities in Spain and impose Pixpay as the leader in your country. You are in charge of the evangelization of the market and the expansion of our brand awareness in Spain. With the support of Central Teams, you are fully accountable for the growth of customers base and app usage. Aware of market demands, you are the voice of the Spanish members. Through a very entrepreneurial approach, your main objective is to contribute to Pixpay’s European leadership.

Your missions are:

• kickstart Pixpay’s activities in Spain
• bring out Pixpay as the leading teen bank in your country
• roll-out local marketing campaigns to drive brand sentiment and user growth
• be the “face of Pixpay” in the country (TV interviews, panels…)
• identify and set-up end to end partnerships at local level
• manage and scale the recruitments of the next members in your team
• ensure the monitoring of country’s strategy and results
• work with HQ product teams to improve tools to drive growth in markets

• you are a native speaker in Spanish and fluent in English (or French)
• you have a first 3+ years of entrepreneurial-oriented experience
• previous experience in international development is a plus
• you have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage challenges
• you are competitive and driven to achieve goals, you are a “Doer”
