We are looking for a project manager to support our clients internationally and deploy our innovative solutions within their organisations.

Project consulting and pre-sales:
The project manager must understand the needs of the client in order to understand their priorities and constraints and to advise them on the most appropriate solutions:
Analysis of customer needs by understanding the functional and technical context of the project,
Promotion of PIXID technologies and solutions,
Development of the project,

Implementation of the project:

The project manager is the guarantee of the implementation of the project. He/she assists the client and relies on the Pixid methodology for the set up of services. He/she ensures that time and quality constraints are respected in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Leading scoping meetings, process workshops and monitoring committees,
Setting up the client environment,
Training of users,
Support for change management and deployment,
Control and monitoring of the planning,
Coordination with other Pixid teams: Business, DevOps, Account management, Support …

Most projects are conducted remotely but some travel may be required, mainly within Europe.

You have 2 to 4 years of experience in projects (SaaS, Digital, Editors, HRIS…) in an international context.
You enjoy customer relations and are comfortable leading meetings.
You are fluent in English and another language (French, German, Dutch or Portuguese).
Your ability to summarise and your interpersonal skills make you a reference for clients and technical teams.

You are curious, proactive, rigorous, and have the desire to take part in innovative and challenging projects.
