Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country
Map the ecosystem of potential partners in Italy for all Phenix services
Prospect directly large accounts with national potential (e.g. integrated chains of small shops) & deliver powerful presentation to C-level to onboard them as partners of the app
Drive the sales team in Belgium to prospect small accounts by defining the most efficient strategy (e.g. direct prospection, inside sales, … )
Implement Phenix services: launch, training and monitoring of our partners
Define targets & KPIs, and continuously improve sales processes
Build & drive the marketing plan to promote the application - with the marketing team based in France
Be the face & spokesperson of Phenix in Benelux in announcements, press, events
Recruit the very best talent in this new market
Implement performance analysis tools and country-specific reports
Experience 5+ years, ideally in the launch of the project
Business school or equivalent
Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and ability to make critical decisions
You like sales tasks and you have an excellent relationship with clients
Great persuasive force along with good listening
Team management experience
Holding a driver’s license, you feel comfortable driving. Touring your country preaching zero-waste does not scare you
Flemish/Dutch and English mandatory. French is a plus
You already have B2B2C / Mobile App experience.
