• Implement internal HR communication strategy (incl. development of concepts and materials) and support corporate communication cycles (eg. Annual, quarterly, monthly announcements, events etc)
• Manage HR communication team and budget
• Manage corporate conferences and events
• Manage and implement the talent attraction strategy (including tools and channels) and lead talent attaction initiatives (materials, job fairs, university programs…)
• Broadcast the EVP and employer branding social media activities
• Develop the EVP and employer branding
• Implement the diversity and inclusion policy
