Pernod Ricard, N°2 worldwide in wines & spirits, is currently digitalizing all its functions and in particular HR and Finance.

Workday has been chosen as the main solution to power the HR strategy all around the world, putting the employee at the center. While continuing developing the platform, we have decided to equip HR controlling (HR structure costs budgeting and forecasting), implementing Adaptive Planning to manage our budget / estimates process.

· Ensure training of the HR function at Group level

· Develop and maintain a common language between all parties (HR and Finance)

· Lead the mindset change of both HR and Finance to increase the collaboration and gain efficiency

· Support Finance Director on staff costs and related analysis

As the HR Controller intern, you will assist the Group Workforce Planning Manager and contribute to monitor the Payroll & Benefit (P&B) monthly reporting, budget and estimates process.

· Consolidate data (reporting, budget, estimates…) and prepare financial P&B analysis for Top Management / Finance Director

Support and animate the HR Controllers’ community

To ease adoption of new tool and processes, a Staff Cost community has been created including all HR controllers and Compensation & Benefits responsible. You will assist the Group Workforce Planning Manager with the animation of the community:

· Provide a monthly Newsletter

· Communicate on planning & instructions for Budget / Estimates / reporting
